At Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), we rely on third parties to support us in delivering our products and services around the world. The third parties that support us are obligated to adhere to our Code of Conduct and Ethics for Third Parties or other similar compliance terms. We consider them to be an extension of Dun & Bradstreet and expect them to conduct business honestly and with integrity. Data Privacy is among the commitments that we require them to uphold. Our Partner Code of Conduct requires that they comply with all applicable data privacy laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances as well as applicable information security laws, regulations and industry standards.
We recognize and respect our customers’ concerns about our use of third parties, including those that process customer personal data. As outlined in our Global Privacy Exhibit to our agreements with customers for D&B Products, we consider the third parties that we engage to process customer personal data in connection with the delivery of our products and services to be “subprocessors.”
Our current list of third party subprocessors is set forth below. We will update this list from time to time. You can register for notifications of subprocessor updates in accordance with the instructions in our Global Privacy Exhibit.
