1. What does fulfillment mean? How do I know my order is fulfilled?
a. If your company already has an active Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S(R) Number, your order is fulfilled once you receive your Order Confirmation Email.
b. If your company is not already assigned a D-U-N-S Number, your order will be fulfilled when you receive your D-U-N-S Number Creation email which confirms that a D-U-N-S Number has been created for your company.
2. What is an eligible submission for each unique payment experience account?
a. To qualify as an eligible submission, you must upload through the Extended Data – Provide Documentation feature of your Credit Insights Plus product, a regular termed payment submission for a utility bill, credit card, or supplier vendor billing statement with 3 consecutive months of statements, where each statement includes all of the following information:
i. Name and Address of Account (who the statement is from)
ii. Your Business Name and Address (must match business name associated with your D-U-N-S Number)
iii. Account Number
iv. Terms (15 days, 30 days, 60 days, etc.)
v. Statement Date
vi. Payment Date
vii. Payment Due Date
viii. Amount Paid
ix. Balance carried Forward or Past Due
3. What happens to my order if I invoke the Money-Back Guarantee refund?
a. Your D&B Concierge Service will be cancelled, and you will no longer have the D&B Concierge Service bundle, comprised of D&B Concierge Service, D&B Concierge Care, and D&B Concierge Product Access, and you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the D&B Concierge Service bundle, a maximum amount of $10,949.00.
4. What is the Money-Back Guarantee Promotion refund amount
a. The refund amount is the amount you paid for the D&B Concierge Service bundle; if upfront on credit card it is the List Price of $10,949.00 minus any discounts. If you paid through invoice or installments, the refund will be of only the portion of the purchase that you have already paid. Your D&B Concierge Service bundle will be cancelled if you opt for the Money Back Guarantee refund, and you will not be held to remaining installments
5. What is D&B Concierge Service bundle List Price?
a. The List Price is $10,949, which is comprised of D&B Concierge Service (List Price of $7,000.00), D&B Concierge Care (List Price of $2,200.00), and D&B Concierge Product Access (List Price of $1,749.00).
6. How do I know when my 30 days for the Money Back Guarantee Promotion is over?
a. You will receive an email from your Concierge Account Manager at the end of your 30-day period, which will include both your starting and ending PAYDEX score during that time period.
7. To initiate a refund, what do I do?

8. How will I be refunded?
a. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to [14] business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
9. Can the refund be applied to a new product or overdue account?
a. We are unable to issue a service credit or apply refunds to an overdue account.
10. I don’t want a refund. I would like a credit on my account for future purchases. Is that possible?
a. We are unable to issue a credit for a future purchase.
11. What are the tax implications of the Money-Back Guarantee refund?
a. We cannot provide any tax advice. You are encouraged to consult with a tax advisor of your own choosing if you have any tax questions regarding the refund.
12. Does invoking the Money-Back Guarantee affect any of the other D&B products or services I purchased with my D&B Concierge Service?
a. There is no impact to the other Dun & Bradstreet products or services purchased at the same time as your D&B Concierge Service bundle. You will continue to have access to these products and services in accordance with the terms of the applicable Order Confirmation Email and Product Terms.
13. Will my D&B Grow Bundle or D&B Launch Bundle be cancelled if I invoke the Money-Back Guarantee?
a. Your D&B Grow Bundle and D&B Launch Bundle will not be affected by invoking the Money-Back Guarantee. You will continue to receive access to these products and services in accordance with the terms of the applicable Order Confirmation Email and Product Terms.
14. Will my D&B Grow Bundle or D&B Launch Bundle be cancelled if I invoke the Money-Back Guarantee?
