Chief Sustainability & Communications Officer

Michele Caselnova is the Chief Sustainability & Communications Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. 

Michele is responsible for driving Dun & Bradstreet’s global sustainability efforts, and she will play a critical role in the strategic execution of the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and sustainability strategy. She also leads the strategy and coordination of Dun & Bradstreet’s internal and external corporate communications, with an overall focus on driving Dun & Bradstreet’s growth story across stakeholder audiences.

Michele has held several leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet, including Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Earlier in her tenure, she was Head of Corporate Communications & Brand, where she led the modernization of the Dun & Bradstreet brand, evolving the company’s brand purpose, values, and visual identity to reflect the company’s strategy. She joined the company as Director of Internal Communications in September 2012.

Michele’s background includes more than 25 years of experience, including positions of increasing leadership responsibility at TD Ameritrade, CIT Group, Inc. Honeywell, and Sony Electronics.

Michele graduated from William Paterson University with a bachelor’s degree in English critical writing.
