We are currently offering a money back guarantee promotion (the “Promotion”) for new D&B Concierge Service customers (“Customer” or “you”) where if your company’s PAYDEX® score is not established or does not improve within the first 30 days after your Order Fulfillment Date (as defined below), you are eligible for a full refund of your D&B Concierge Service purchase amount:
If, as a new D&B Concierge Customer, your company’s PAYDEX® score is not established or does not improve within the first THIRTY (30) days (the “Eligibility Period”) compared to what your score was on your Order Fulfillment Date (which is the date upon which your D&B Concierge Service Order is fulfilled and you are able to access the products within your D&B Concierge Product Bundle, also referred to as your “Start Date”), then our Promotion applies to you, and you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount you paid your D&B Concierge Service bundle which is comprised of D&B Concierge Service, D&B Concierge Care, and D&B Concierge Product Access, a maximum total amount of $10,949.00, as detailed in your Order Confirmation Email.
The first 30 days following your Order Fulfillment Date shall serve as the Eligibility Period for the Promotion.
Customer must have submitted through the Extended Data – Provide Documentation feature of their Credit Insights Plus product, eligible business documents for at least three (3) new unique payment experience accounts to qualify for the Promotion.

Submitted business documents are subject to review, verification, and possible acceptance by Dun & Bradstreet, which means there is no guarantee that the provided documents will be accepted, positively affect, or will not adversely affect your company’s credit file or its credit scores and ratings.
Your refund request must be initiated within 7 days after the Eligibility Period window ends on day 30 after your Order Fulfillment Date.
Your Concierge Account Manager will inform you via email if your PAYDEX® score is not established or does not improve within the Eligibility Period, however, you are responsible for initiating your request within the 7-day period.
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at 855-438-0317. You will need to provide your original Order details, including the Order Number and Purchase Date.
Following the determination of your eligibility, you will be notified by your Concierge Account Manager of whether your refund has been approved.
Your refund will consist of the total amount you paid for the D&B Concierge bundle which has total List Price of $10,949.00, comprised of D&B Concierge Service (List Price of $7,000.00), D&B Concierge Care (List Price of $2,200.00), and D&B Concierge Product Access (List Price of $1,749.00), minus any discounts that were provided, as detailed in your Order Confirmation Email.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to [14] business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
