This Small Business Cancellation and Refund policy (“Refund Policy”) is applicable to those Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. Small Business products and services (each, an “Eligible Product”) which are purchased in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Dun & Bradstreet click-through Online Master Agreement & applicable Product Terms, or where applicable, the Product License Agreement (hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as the “Legal Terms”).
In order to have purchased or obtained an Eligible Product via our online eCommerce shopping cart, you agreed to and affirmatively accepted the applicable Legal Terms upon checkout as a condition of purchase. You can view any Legal Terms you have agreed to on the “Legal Terms” tab within your MyDNB dashboard. If you have not yet set up a login and password for your Dun & Bradstreet account, you can find instructions for doing so in the Welcome Email you received after purchase.
By purchasing, ordering, paying for, or obtaining an Eligible Product via telephone, you are deemed to have accepted the applicable Legal Terms. These Legal Terms will be prompted once you log in to your MyDNB account after purchase and attempt to access your new product(s). These Legal Terms must be affirmatively accepted by you or any of your account user(s), if applicable, in order to access and use your product. If you do not agree to the Legal Terms, do not affirmatively accept nor have any of your account user(s), if applicable, affirmatively accept the Legal Terms, and call customer service at 855-444-3091 within thirty (30) days from the date set forth on your electronic Order Confirmation e-mail in order to receive a full refund. The unused portion from prior purchased products or services cannot be applied as a credit toward other Dun & Bradstreet products or services.
Should you have an Eligible Product that automatically renews at the end of any current subscription term, following the end of such subscription term, your product will automatically renew each subscription term at the renewal price indicated in your Autorenewal Notice, which may be higher than the purchase price noted in your Order Confirmation email since any discounts or pro-rata adjustments made at the time of purchase do not carry over to your next subscription term. You can view the current List Price of active and legacy auto-renewing products at dnb.com/autorenewalpricelist. If you do not want the product to automatically renew, you can avoid further charges by calling 1-855-438-0317 or going to my.dnb.com/login and selecting “Cancel Renewal” from the Profile dropdown prior to the end of the then-current term (the "Renewal Date") to cancel your subscription renewal.
If you cancel the autorenewal of your Eligible Product by midnight Pacific Time of the Renewal Date, your subscription will be terminated and you will not be charged for a renewal term. If you cancel within 45 days after the Renewal Date, you shall receive a refund for 11 months. Should you cancel beyond 45 days of the Renewal Date, we will honor your request for cancellation and discontinue your subscription for the following renewal term and you will continue to have access to your Eligible Product through your then-current term. Please see the applicable Legal Terms you have agreed to on the “Legal Terms” tab within your MyDNB dashboard for more information regarding automatic renewals.
No cash refunds or service credits will be issued outside of this Refund Policy. Any refunds will be issued by way of the same method of payment as the original payment and the refund will be exactly as received from the funding source. For example, if Dun & Bradstreet receives a payment of $1,000.00 USD from your credit card account in Canada and you request a full refund following the receipt of such payment, regardless of the currency conversion to CAD that your financial institution may have done for the purchase, we will refund you $1,000.00 USD. If you have issues with the funding source that processed the purchase or the refund back, you should deal directly with that financial institution. The appearance of a credit card refund on your credit card account used to make a Dun & Bradstreet purchase may take 3-5 business days based on the service time of the bank that issued your credit card. Cancellation of Dun & Bradstreet invoices can take 3-5 business days.
Dun & Bradstreet reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time without providing notice to its users by posting the revised Refund Policy on any Dun & Bradstreet website. Your continued use of the Dun & Bradstreet products or services after any changes to this Refund Policy have been posted shall be deemed your irrevocable acceptance of those revisions.
